It is any solid waste that, due to its nature, composition, size, volume and weight, transportation needs, storage and compaction conditions, cannot be collected, handled, treated or disposed of normally by the public sanitation service provider. The price of the collection, transportation and disposal service will be freely agreed between the service provider and the user, without prejudice to those regulated by the Post-consumption Management System.
